From the first chapter of Genesis to the last chapter of Revelation, Christ is portrayed not only as Light Giver to the world, but also as the Light Himself. Interwoven with this theme of Christ being the Light is another theme, a calm statement from the Creator that as followers of God, we are the light of the world.
