A Grain of Wheat (John 12:12-26, 2 Corinthians 5:14-21)
Joseph J Graber, April 13, 2014Part of the Gospel of John series, preached at a Sunday Morning service
In the middle of all the excitement as Jesus was riding into Jerusalem on a donkey. Someone approached several of the disciples and asked to see Jesus. When they came to Jesus, He started telling them about wheat being planted in the ground.
Why would Jesus talk about wheat seeds in the middle of the waving palm branches and excitement of the triumphal entry?
