Living Water Fellowship is an elder led, family integrated, Spirit filled church that was planted in Denver, Colorado by Living Water Fellowship of Bulverde, Texas. In August of 2013 the sending pastors, Richard “Little Bear” Wheeler, Al Mendenhall, Doug Swanson, and Philip Telfer ordained and sent out Ernie Gilbert and Joseph Graber as the starting elders of the new church in Colorado.
